Snuffle Mat

An enrichment and entertainment toy allowing your dog to hunt, dig, sniff, root, etc. for hidden treats buried in the thick fleece of the mat.  It is said that 15 minutes of "snuffling" is equivalent to a good walk.  Perfect for Bad Weather Days.

It is recommended to use small, firm, dry treats.  Once the treats are consumed, pick up the Snuffle Mat and put it away - this accomplishes two things: 1. it keeps the dog from tearing the fleece (it is NOT non-destructible) and 2. next time you give it to them, it's like a "NEW" toy!

Mats can also be used as beds for smaller breeds.

Snuffle Mats are handmade with quality fleece on a rubber backing and are machine washable - air dry.  Assorted colors.  Approximately 15" x 12"
